breaking down,crying,shakiness,numbness, dizziness,and somewhat eating disorder?i dont want to talk to anyone. and i dont want to be on medications. what could i do?? im really in deep trouble. i dont know how i feel about people. i always think about the bad things in life. but i try to be happy. which i am mostly. but when i think about things that have happend over time, these symptoms happen. i have
