This is from the same area of the country where my question about the nine year old yesterday. Also in this area a four year old hit a baby on the head with a hammer because he did not want to hear the baby crying. In fact that was in my hometown!

ahhh, crazy world is getting crazier. a 7 yo… should undergo intense psychiatric evaluations.. but can’t be charged as an adult. That is a TOUGH question.
