Dee Ann Hart
Dee Ann Hart – Ladies and gentlemen, meet Dee Ann Hart. She was somehow appointed to the Indiana Independent Living Council by governor Mitch Daniels. After being asked to come discuss disability related issues at a meeting, she exchanged words with Teresa Torres, another member of the council.
