Question by A.: deadline for visitation?
I am a california resident and my ex-wife is an indiana state resident..trouble is she wont let me see our boys for visitation, keeps saying the only way for me is to fly up there to see them and only in her county..though it is not court ordered so i found out that i have to write this letter requesting when i want to see the boys for visit but i don’t know how much time to give her allowing her to answer to my letter before i can file for non-compliant custodial parent..does anyone know how many hours i have to give her?..sorry for the long question..thanks in advance!
