Counselling Models used in CENT, Pt.2.avi – In this (Part 2) of my presentation on Counseling Models Used in Cognitive Emotive Narrative Therapy (CENT), I demonstrate the use of the first three ‘frames’ of the Five Windows Model, to help individuals reduce their upsets about adversities like redundancy or business decline. Of course, the Five Windows Model can be applied to any form of overly upset emotion, and can help the client to reframe their problems and thus to reduce the intensity of their upsets.
