I bought vertical blinds from a company that has a service guarantee…. what does that mean? (I have 4 year old verticals and the headrail is sorta broken….)

“product” would be to replace only [you take down and re-install], and “service” would refer to labor [they come and adjust, fix, or replace at their discretion]

*But read what the service guaranty actual states, there might be charges for shipping, re-stocking fees, etc.
