Question by : I went to my doctor earlier today, but I am confused about what is happening next?
Went to doctor earlier. Started becoming nervous in waiting room. When called, first refused to go in, and when I did go in, sat in silence on a chair in the corner of the room. Sighing, my mother took the seat next to the doctor and began to explain.

She explained how I could barely handle being outside anymore and I had severe panic attacks when in public places, and that it had been a struggle just getting me here. She said how I had not been sleeping. She said how I had not been eating. She said how I had been self-harming. She said how I had been extremely depressed. When the doctor asked how long this had been going on for, my mother said over a year. Which is true.
