I just recently started working out and eating better in hopes of losing a bit of weight. One of my major “problem areas” is my arms. I have a bit of the “flab” going on. Being a woman, I dont really wish to gain a lot of muscle mass in my arms but I would like to loose the fat. What would be the best way to go about that?
