Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation
Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation – The Children’s Comprehensive Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit (CIRU) knows what it takes to rebuild the everyday skills that matter most. To address patients’ needs after a traumatic and life-changing injury or illness, physicians, nurses, therapists and other staff provide rehabilitation in an inpatient setting seven days a week. In addition, we offer music therapy, recreational therapy, child life and education/academic programs for school re-entry. Treatment involves the whole family to heal the physical and emotional needs of every child, teen and young adult.
