Colorado Daylight Project | The Mental Health Center of Denver – The Colorado Daylight project focuses on advancing access to Mental Health and Substance abuse Centers for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals in Colorado. The Daylight project has been working to expand Colorado’s capacity to meet the mental health and substance abuse treatment needs of the deaf and hard-of-hearing community by removing barriers through providing consumers choices regarding communication, giving providers the resources they need to provide appropriate services and educating the community about mental health and substance abuse access.
