Question by alicia: Are there any places near Asheboro, nc that provides free grief counseling?
I have a friend that has just lost her mother among other things and is having a very hard time with it. She can’t afford to pay a regular therapist. I thought I would ask here to see if I can help her get the help she needs.
Thanks for the help. I will give her this info. I just hope she’ll take the advice and go talk to someone.

Below is a link for you to take a look at. In Randolph county where Asheboro is located the Hospice offer FREE grief counseling services. They will be happy to help your friend.

Go to the link and then at the top of the page go to “Our Services” and in the drop down box you will see “Grief Support”. On that page you can learn a little about their services and use the “contact us” at the bottom to get in touch with them to learn more.

Don’t worry if her mother wasn’t a patient of Hospice. They can and WILL help your friend. It’s what they do. So don’t hesitate at all to use their services. They WILL help I promise.
