Question by : Complex feelings about sexuality–I like boys?
Okay, this is going to make me seem like a bad person (that would be my reaction anyway) but here goes…

I have some pretty messed up feelings about my sexuality and I need guidance on working them out.

I find myself checking out underage boys (13-17) all the time.
I would never act on my attraction, though. In fact, I would probably beat the shit out of someone if I found out they had touched a child…
This is not an exclusive attraction by the way, I also like women but not as much.

It would seem to me that my values do not match up with my feelings…i’ve felt this way for like 6 years. (i’m 19)

I used to think I was gay, but I recently came to college, which helped. I no longer have a desire to be with men, and am looking for a girlfriend….but somehow the attraction to boys remains. I disgust myself.

I’m so conflicted…No matter what I do, I can’t seem to shake this! Any Ideas?
Oh, and professional help is not going to happen. There’s no way I could sit face to face with someone and tell them this.
Being with men doesn’t work for me. Been there, done that. Didn’t like it.
Misschickieboo — I know that has crossed my mind before but I had forgotten about it, and I think it is true. I think I have a tendency to gravitate toward behaviors that are considered taboo.

Nothing is wrong with wanting to be with a man! I am a girl and I love girls. I think same sex relationships are awesome! I am way happier when I am seeing girls. I’ve tried being with boys, and it just does not feel right! If you feel you like guys, go with it!
