My Soon to Be Ex Husband Is Playing Dirty….?

Question by uptrend: My soon to be ex husband is playing dirty….?
…He was the sole provider for our family and now he has left us desolate.
My soon to be ex has closed our joint accounts, rerouted his pay to another bank and forced me to beg for money for gas, food and things the children need. He is currently paying the mortgage and a few bills. I am going to see an attorney soon in order to see what lies ahead for me. We live in Arizona and it is a community property state. My husband makes close to $ 100,000.00 so our standard of living was nice. Now I fear the kids and I will be thrown to the wolves. I was a housewife for over 16 years, and am currently going to school to earn my teaching degree. Can I get a temporary court order for child support and living expenses without filing for divorce first? My father has just been diagnosed with esophageal cancer and I have to concentrate on him also. Will a legal separation help me?

Thank you for any and all advice.
