Question by Texas kitty: Do we need more mental institutions?
I heard an interesting comment regarding people involved in the mass murders. Mental institutions do not have the people who should be in them because we did away with institutionalizing them. They were horrid places but maybe we need to rethink them. More people would possibly be alive today.

Although I can’t help but agree, you can’t lock people up for being weird or mentally ill.
