I recently found out my husband has been abusing OxyContin (it is not proscribed to him any more, he’s been buying it) I want to scare him at the “intervention” my family is having, how many OxyContin pills is considered a felony in lansing,MI
1 pill is a felony? That seems hard to believe

If you do not have a prescription, 1 pill is a felony.

If you do have a script, any more then what is on the script is a felony.
