There are three main channels of Mind Control used to shape the Publics attitude; Education, Arts (Movies, T.V. Radio, computer games, etc) and Religion. Most of the time the Media simply ‘fills people’s time’ i.e. provides gossip fodder fantasies rather than manipulation. ‘Feral children’ are despised in practically every country, right or wrong, that is most nations attitude towards them.
