ive heard that certain foods can induce different kinds of dreaming… and i tend to have a very active imagination, and dreaming happens to be my favorite part of sleeping. i find them very entertaining.. and i get to look into my mind in a less literal way. so i was just wondering what i could eat before bed that might spark my imagination.

I think that the answer to your question would vary according to the person.

I have heard that spicy foods cause spicy dreams.
You should try various types and keep notes.It is important with notes on dreams to write the notes as soon as you wake, even in the middle of the night.
