Im curious what exactly they do. If I were to get an appointment for having depression and anxiety could you give me an example of a session is like? what type of questions do they ask? do they ask any personal stuff? From the moment i walk in what happens?

what is going on with you then he or she will try to tell you
how to live a normal life

I saw 7 therapists and I learn one thing
