Question by Kristy: Do you think grouping poor people together in public housing is good public policy or just…?
…perpetuating the problem?
The policy of cheap public housing does not seem to have solved the problem of giving people a decent place to live. Should it be continued or should we deregulate housing and building policies so the free market may be able to provide a newer, more innovative solution?
