the prayer that helped me and I fancied it; with Revelation 3 listed above where Jesus proclaims from heaven his love, and knocks on our heart to come in when we repent from sin, even one lie and ask him in to be our personal friend.

My prayer; “Help me Jesus, I am sorry even for one lie and all my sins, come into my heart and be my friend, amen”

, and live in thankfulness even for the new heart that will come of this, when we break God’s heart hurting ourself, we end up getting our heart broken too. So grieve through and

then live his joy and peace, thank him for protecting you too.
The good life is the way to go with honor, joy and inner peace. When we make something or another our god, and break God’s heart, what goes around will come around on us.
Find your first love in Jesus totally, I have A.D.D. and they call it bi polar, and as I keep focused on Jesus joy fills my soul. When i focus on sin even in my thinking, I lose that peace and joy, and ask forgiveness and help to do better.

A good prayer when we get a bad thought “The blood of Jesus rebuke that”: and the thought goes away, then Think on whatever is good honest and pure, Philippians 4:8, yet the whole chapter is filled with help in prayer, peace, power, pure thinking, contentment and joy.
If Paul could write this in prison for preaching the gospel (which is what will help us most, just do it!) how much more should we live in Jesus peace and joy.
