How to Repair a Broken Penny?
by Cal Almonds
Question by Stefan: How to repair a broken penny?
When Iwas four, I found a penny and have kept that very penny in either my pocket or my hand for the last thirteen years. Yes, I’m strange but the penny means a lot to me. It’s name is Flip, and the other da my “friend” grabbed Flip and broke it in two with two pliers. I have both pieces, and have hammered them flat. I can put the two pieces together with my fingers, but is there a way to repair it? I dont mind welding wounds, or a bit of glue, but how do I return Flip to a whole state? Would superglue work? Any way to weld it?
