Question by Sh-Ma: Is there a difference between Yom Kippur and the tenth day of Muharram?

Thanks for the information.
I want to know if the Hebrew calender also goes back like the lunar calender or not.
And so does Yom Kippur occur the same day as Ashurah or not?
