Could Religion Save Me in a Time of Depression?
Question by naomi ,: Could religion save me in a time of depression?
Lately I have been feeling really depressed and I was wondering if I should turn to religion as an option, it is said that people feel happy when they have faith in something so it could help me. I haven’t been religious in any time of my life but I believe that there is something, I simply cannot believe that there is no reason or purpose. What religion would you recommend? I’m pretty much open to anything.
