“Pieces” – RED – Musicvideo (RIP Annasarah)

“Pieces” – RED – Musicvideo (RIP Annasarah) – NOT THE OFFICIAL MUSICVIDEO A year ago I lost my 15-yearold friend Annasarah in a traffic accident. Her sister Johanna and I wanted to make something in her honour, so we decided to make a musicvideo. We’ve made it entirely by ourselves during a period of several months. The video shows how you might feel after losing someone you cared for. We chose to show the emptiness and the silent grief you might feel, instead of endless crying and loud sorrow. The pain you feel when you’ve lost someone will never entirely go away, but time will heal alot of it. That’s why the cold winter becomes a warmer spring, but not entirely a hot summer, in our video. At first we were supposed to use the song “Take Me Away” by U-KISS, but later we realised that it was too short, so we changed it to RED’s song “Pieces”, which was a good choice, I think. We’re not proffesionals so nothing’s perfect 😛 The indoors-lighting is really bad and we’ve got a lot of shakiness going on in alot of shots. Oh well, we got a lot of experience, and we’ll try not to do the same mistakes in future projects ^^ It might seem odd, but we had lots of fun filming this video, and we believe Annski would have laughed with us. Anyway, we made a blooper video as well ^^ BLOOPERS: www.youtube.com SONG: “Pieces” by RED CAMERA: Canon 600D EDITING PROGRAM: Final Cut Express We don’t own the song, but we take credit for the video 🙂
