I had broken my ankle 4 months ago without insurance I now have 40-50 thousand in debt because of hospital bills! I am not sure wheather to try cosumer credit counseling or send little payment (5-10) bucks a month to collectors or do medical backrucpy???????

$ 40,000-$ 50,000 for a broken ankle? That’s insane.
The first thing you do is speak with the hospital. ALL hospitals have charitable programs that can cover or reduce the amount of your bills. They may even be willing to put you on a payment plan. Really, this should have been done immediately after you got your first bill.
“Consumer Credit Counseling” isn’t going to help you. They are going to try to get you to sign up with them for a god awful interest rate and it’s not going to help your credit.
You may be able to file bankruptcy because of medical debt. You should look into this.
