Direct Payments for people with mental health problems – Direct payments give people more choice and control over the support they receive, enabling them to live independently. Direct payments are available when people would otherwise be offered directly provided services to help with housing, employment, education, social activities as well as for domestic and daily living tasks and personal assistance.
