If you know what an OT does, you understand how they help someone regain function.

A social worker is more of a consultant and/or counselor. They help people obtain their social needs…be it emotional support, support with their personal needs (finding food, clothing, medication).

Some social workers work more in a “counselor” type of role. They may work in schools, work in a clinic, etc. Other social workers may work for a hospital arranging for needs of the patient (preparing them for discharge by referring them to different resources such as home health agencies, DME providers, etc), or they may work for agencies such as a senior services facility helping clients sort out their bills, apply for aid, etc.

It’s a time-limited contract that sets parameters on the split to take away some of the fears and insecurities of spending time apart so that couples can better concentrate on saving their marriage! We’ll show you important steps that could lead you from break up to bliss.
