Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. who has a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program in Mass is an advocate of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. M.B.C.T. is designed for people who suffer from stress, anxiety and depression. *Jon Kabat-Zinn, along with Zindel Segal, Mark Williams and John Teasdale have authored an excellent book called: “The Mindful Way Through Depression” which you may find to be quite helpful. There is also a type of therapy called: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which may be worth checking into. Boosting up your immune system daily with Vit.
