God or no god what specifically helped you through it?

How did you apply it? (if it is faith, friends, ideas, books,thoughts, memories…etc.)
. Everyone seems to have sufferred so much here. Thanks for your answers.
It was the helps that got you through that I was particularly looking for.

I live it every day- my boy lives with his father, following my near-fatal car accident, an undiagnosed hormone illness that made me wacky for more than ten years, etc.
And a lot of bad choices, which I haven’t even sorted out what I could have done when I was so sick and what is just my fault, which I’d liek to take responsibility for.
Nothing gets me through it; I just distract myslf and call him and see from two hours away when we can get together.
