Is it Uranus or saturn? I have heard is these two But if you have to pick one of this which one would it be?

I been told that if the ruler of the 8th house( i have auarius whic rules either Uranus or Saturn) is in the 7th house it would mean this”Sorrow in connection with the affections. Illness or loss of a loved one.” or this “Death abroad. If the Ruler is Mercury, adversely aspected it means an illness affecting the brain” It would depend if its Uranus or Saturn.
