The above news article goes on to tell the reader that this guy was a profile psychopath.
How do you think this information could have been used to detect this guy and get him out of the school? If I were a president of a University and there were students charged with stalking,, and who werein need of mental health help, I might be tempted to suspend them from school, until help had been successful pursued?
